Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TIM HORTONS BRIDGEWATER. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but will possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Performing data entry and overseeing payroll administration
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
The successful candidate will be willing to relocate for this position and have previous experience in this field of employment. We offer a permanent position with 30-45 hours of work per week and a language of work in English.
