Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Construction Support Specialist to join our team at Seacoast HVAC (2004) Limited. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or a related field and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-45 hours per week with competitive benefits including dental, health care, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, working effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and undergo regular driving record checks.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; experience an asset.
  • Fast-paced environment with occasional weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with efficient communication skills.
