Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Community Support Specialist to join our team at ILNSA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing support services to individuals and families in need.
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description- Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
- Develop, coordinate, and implement community programs and services
- Liaise with social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Assist clients with special needs, accompany them to appointments and outings, and provide housekeeping and food preparation assistance
- Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
- Certificate in Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR, Mandt System training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
- Valid driving record and willingness to travel regularly
