Restaurant Operations Manager

BAR BURRITO is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic cash registers and other restaurant management software.
