About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive digital marketing initiatives to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies to support business goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee the digital creative process, ensuring assets are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead digital marketing planning and calendar management for both paid and owned channels.
  • Own social channel strategy, management, and execution.
  • Lead website UX, content, analytics, and post-campaign analysis in collaboration with the digital agency and business insights team.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing.
  • Partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize digital assets for the organization.
  • Closely monitor digital marketing trends and strategies, as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with other teams, including sales, IT, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage a team of two direct reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the cross-functional team and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, independent self-starter, and resourceful.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and set deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Business acumen skills, including budget management and strategic tradeoffs.
  • Strong written and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and effectively source information.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other related tools.
