About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive digital marketing initiatives to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies that support cross-functional business goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the digital creative process, ensuring timely delivery of assets and initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing calendars to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Own social media channel strategy, management, and execution, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and inform marketing strategies.
  • Partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize digital assets and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, independent self-starter with strong analytical and influencing skills.
  • Strong written and presentation abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other related tools.
