**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning and execution of cohesive digital marketing initiatives to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies that support cross-functional business goals, objectives, and priorities.
- Manage the relationship with digital marketing agencies.
- Oversee the digital creative process, ensuring assets are delivered on time and stakeholders are satisfied.
- Lead digital marketing planning and calendar management for both paid and owned channels.
- Own social channel strategy, management, and execution.
- Lead website UX, content, analytics, and facilitate post-campaign analysis and insights.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing.
- Partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize digital assets.
- Closely monitor digital marketing trends and strategies and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with other teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage a team of two direct reports.
**Requirements:**
- University degree or college diploma.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.
- Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent self-starter, and resourceful.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and set and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
- Business acumen skills, including budget management and strategic tradeoffs.
- Strong written and presentation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics and other related tools.
