Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harlow Construction. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support, including faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Manage computer systems, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Assist with accounting tasks, including using Simply Accounting software
  • Support staff with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
