Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as a Regional Director, responsible for building and leading a team of experienced CFOs across the Toronto region.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Director will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading business development initiatives to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams
  • Building and leading a team of experienced CFOs across the Toronto region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth
  • Cultivating and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention
  • Driving the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships
  • Developing and implementing growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth
  • Providing dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs
  • Analyzing regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $100,000
  • OTE: $225,000+
  • Commission: 5% uncapped commission
