Job Title: Cruise Industry Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrative coordinator to join our team at Pioneer Cruises.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Depending on experience, location, and other factors.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, preparing documents, establishing policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to our executive committees and boards of directors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compile data to prepare documents: The coordinator will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports, briefs, and other documents for consideration by executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures: The coordinator will develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare reports and other documents: The coordinator will prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and other documents as required by executive committees and boards of directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
