Our Story

As a General Manager at Scaddabush, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business results. You'll work closely with our chefs, servers, and other team members to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business results and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with our chefs to create innovative menu offerings and promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations and service.
Requirements
- 5 years of previous restaurant management experience, with approximately $4 million + in annual sales.
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to manage sales goals, inventory, cash.
- Smart Serve Certified.
- Have ability to manage the restaurant with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and fun.
