Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Specialist at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the General Sales area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
  • Handle customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise the front end of the store, including monitoring cashier coverage, maintaining front end supplies, and replenishing change float.
  • Answer calls for customer assistance at the checkouts and provide support as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing quality service to customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Good interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, communicate effectively, and articulate ideas clearly.
  • Ability to cope with stress and pressure, remaining calm and composed in difficult situations.
