Key Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior management regarding resource allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to resource management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Journeyperson Electrician or diploma in electrical engineering preferred.
  • High regard to safety and safety culture.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations and/or supervisor role required.
  • At minimum 5 years of High Voltage or utility industry experience required.
  • The ability to travel to field sites.
  • High admiration to quality and familiarity with quality programs.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email required.
  • Ability to use general office equipment effectively.
  • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
