Job SummaryThe Executive Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recipes and menu plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profit margins
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a senior role within a fast-paced food service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
