Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ATS Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for developing and implementing quality control processes to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Improvement
    • Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve overall quality.
    • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supplier Quality Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
    • Conduct audits and assessments of supplier quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Data Analysis
    • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate quality issues and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
    • Experience with quality control processes and procedures.
    • Experience with supplier quality management.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and adherence to ATS Corporation's policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines.
