Job Description

ATS Automation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive supplier performance and product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO13485 requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to improve their quality systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track supplier performance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
