Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ATS Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior quality engineers on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Experience with automation and medical device industry quality requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
