Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ATS Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will work closely with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to suppliers on quality procedures and standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
