Job Description

ATS Automation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
