Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ATS Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and 13485.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASQ CQE certification.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
  • Knowledge of automation and medical device industry quality requirements.
  • Current trained internal ISO auditor.
