Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Renaissance Care, Kingsmills Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading your team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your main duties will include:
- Supporting residents with their medical, emotional, and social needs
- Planning, implementing, evaluating, and recording care given to residents
- Ensuring residents' care plans are accurate, personalised, and up-to-date
- Inducting, training, and supervising colleagues and junior staff members
- Administering medications with care and attention
- Promoting residents' independence and dignity
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. You should have a strong knowledge of professional care standards and up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in a similar role and leading a multi-disciplinary team is ideal.
