Job SummaryAs a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care required to assist patients in meeting their physical, social, and psychological needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Minimum one (1) year medical/surgical experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification or willingness to complete within 1 year.
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
