Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bulkley Lodge, a long-term care home located in central Smithers. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, safe, and effective nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being reach their maximum potential.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Current knowledge in the field of geriatric nursing.
