We are a leading provider of decorative services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decorative Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary

The Decorative Foreman/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the installation of decorative elements in various settings, including construction, fabrication, and relocation projects. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train staff on decorative installation techniques and procedures.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and stakeholders regarding decorative development opportunities.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement business plans for decorative services.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including policy development and procedure implementation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys to assess development of potential and future trends in the decorative industry.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material for decorative services.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures for decorative services.
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions for decorative services.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials for decorative services.
  • Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met for decorative services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence for decorative services.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material for decorative services.
  • Implement new administrative procedures for decorative services.
Requirements
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
