About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Woman to lead and manage our team of painters and decorators at MAGIC SHADE PAINTERS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of painters and decorators to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work and ensure that all projects meet the company's standards.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
