We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Woman to join our team at MAGIC SHADE PAINTERS INC. as a key member of our painting and decorating team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure high-quality results and efficient project completion.
  • Prepare and manage production reports, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Estimate costs, materials, and labor requirements for projects, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
