We are a leading provider of construction and fabrication services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decorative Foreman/Woman to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Decorative Foreman/Woman will be responsible for overseeing the installation of decorative elements in various construction and fabrication projects. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the installation of decorative elements, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard.
- Communication: Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and experience with MS Office.
- Work Environment: Hybrid work environment, with the ability to work in a variety of settings, including construction and fabrication sites.
