Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decorative Foreman/Woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of decorative elements, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Supervise Staff

Train and supervise a team of decorative technicians to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to complete tasks to the highest standards.

Respond to Enquiries

Respond to enquiries from clients and stakeholders regarding decorative services and provide expert advice on the installation and maintenance of decorative elements.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Develop Business Plans

Develop and implement business plans to ensure the continued growth and success of the company.

Conduct Surveys

Conduct surveys to assess the development of potential and future trends in the decorative industry.

Prepare Communications Material

Prepare communications material such as brochures, reports, and newsletters to promote the company's services and expertise.

Review and Evaluate Procedures

Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure that they are effective and efficient.

Conduct Online Marketing

Conduct online marketing and e-commerce activities to promote the company's services and products.

Develop Marketing Materials

Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote the company's services and expertise.

Manage Computer Systems

Manage computer systems and software to ensure that they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Work Under Pressure

Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Attention to Detail

Pay close attention to detail to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Team Player

Work as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is required.

Equivalent Experience

Equivalent experience may be considered.

Work Setting

The work setting is commercial, industrial, and fabrication.

Work Hours

The work hours are 30 hours per week.
