Territory Sales Manager

MediPharm Labs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the retail sale of cannabis products and establishing strong customer relationships with retailers across assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory.
- Provide product education to retailers and ensure they have a deep understanding of MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, identifying new business opportunities and building trust through exceptional customer service.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and consistently pre-plan visits for selling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
- Stay up-to-date on industry-related trends, practices, and events to ensure MediPharm Labs remains a leader in the cannabis industry.
- Support the development of sales materials and ensure brand awareness and community engagement within the assigned territory.
- Analyze the territory's potential, track activity, and submit results reports to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and collaborating with management.
- Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on selling, communication, and negotiation.
- Highly motivated, result-driven with excellent self-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Ontario.
- Valid Driver's Licence and vehicle is a must; travelling required.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred.
