Job Title: Territory Business Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of the Industrial Packaging market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow current and future distributor accounts
  • Engage with end-users to promote IPG products and services
  • Monitor sales performance and trends to achieve annual sales budget
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and market opportunities
  • Work with customer service and pricing teams to resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of distributor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning
  • Competency with PowerPoint and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
