Key Responsibilities:
* Assist HVAC Field Technicians in ordering parts and manage communication with the Service Department.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication.
* Enforce safety standards and maintain accountability for company assets.
* Prepare quotes and sales orders using MAXX.
* Manage tickets through Zendesk and assist with daily tasks for the parts team.
* Coordinate warranty parts returns with vendors.
* Keep records and reports up to date.
Requirements:
* Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
* High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred.
* Moderate computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Advanced customer service skills and a demonstrated work ethic.
* Ability to work in a small team with moderate supervision.
