Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Sirius Personnel Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and increasing sales volume with existing customers in the medium and high voltage electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invest significant time in developing new business opportunities
- Grow portfolio of customers through contacts, networking, and cold calling
- Understand clients' needs and translate into quotes and orders
- Collaborate with internal staff to resolve technical problems
Requirements:
- 8 years' experience in the field
- Knowledge of electrical energy sector is a must
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
We offer:
- $100,000 to $120,000 salary
- $20,000 estimated first-year commissions
- Car allowance and expenses reimbursement
