Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at St-Amour & Associates, Senc. in the Industrial and Chemical sector.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Industrial and Chemical sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Recruit and manage a team of sales and recruitment professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment in the Corporate sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
