Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Service Analyst to join our team at Community Living BC. As a Quality Service Analyst, you will be responsible for representing our organization as the primary point of contact for service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate service contracts or agreements, including costing details and quantities.
  • Negotiate contract costing and advise on requirements for corrective action in contracted service delivery.
  • Consult with facilitators about support requests, service availability, and resource suitability.
  • Conduct on-site monitoring reviews and investigate competency and service issues.
  • Work with facilitators to assist individuals and their families who are experiencing a crisis.
  • Recruit and develop new service relationships.
  • Ensure service collaboration and develop cost-sharing agreements.
  • Liaise with key staff regarding current funding limitations or delays and participate in local budget management.
  • Review financial reports to ensure delivery of services for approved funding supports.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience working in the social services sector, particularly in resource development or contract management, is highly valued.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Additional Requirements

Possession of a Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are required. Hybrid work arrangements combine on-site office work with flexibility to work from home within BC after passing a 6-month probationary period.
