The Office Administrator role is a key position at LANGAR SEVA MEAL & SUPPORT SERVICES. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including administering policies and procedures related to record release and coordinating office services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Support and Inclusion
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
