At RS Zoom Groups Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in developing promotional materials, hiring and training staff, and directing and evaluating establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the sales of products and services
  • Direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other materials
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, and conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player
