As a Sales Manager at Puulse Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the merchant services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the merchant services sector.
  • Produce sales yourself & oversee the acquisition of new business clients through B2B interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Coach & train team members in the field by shadowing them, assisting with business-to-business interactions, and helping to close sales.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Generate detailed sales reports and present them to senior management regularly.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Provable experience and success in selling merchant services using face to face sales, ideally with team management and training experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented. Must enjoy working with people and thriving in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to coach and train team members in the field, shadowing them during business-to-business interactions and helping to close deals.
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.
