Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects across various verticals, including K12, Higher Education, Corporate, and Government. Your technical expertise and consultative approach will enable you to partner with clients to deliver successful implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects from scoping to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct consultation workshops with clients to elicit and document requirements
  • Design and implement technical solutions using D2L and partner products
  • Guide clients through the implementation process, providing training and support as needed
  • Deliver on multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Operate independently, executing on client commitments and making decisions as needed
  • Develop and maintain documentation and resources for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve processes
  • Partner with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and scope out suitable products and services
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in implementation, technical consulting, or a related field
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems, SaaS environments, Education or Corporate Training sectors, and Public Companies is an asset
  • University degree or diploma in a relevant field is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
