Job Summary

At D2L, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will partner with project managers to lead implementation projects across various verticals, including K12, Higher Education, Corporate, and Government. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that each client is prepared and enabled for their launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation projects from scoping to launch, working closely with D2L departments and clients to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients to elicit and document requirements, devise technical solutions, and guide them through implementation.
  • Deliver projects across multiple clients concurrently, operating independently to execute on customer commitments.
  • Develop and provide documentation and resources to clients, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, scope out suitable products and services, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge and process improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in implementation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems, SaaS Environments, Education or Corporate Training sectors, or Public Companies is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as AWS, API integrations, and Business Intelligence tools is considered an asset.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000-$115,000 CAD, depending on experience.
