We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at D2L. Your technical expertise and consultative approach will enable you to partner with clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation projects from scoping to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to identify and address technical requirements
- Develop and implement technical solutions using D2L and partner products
- Provide consultation workshops to clients to elicit and document requirements
- Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless adoption of technical solutions
- Deliver on multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Operate independently, executing on client commitments and resolving technical issues
- Create and provide documentation and resources to clients, ensuring knowledge transfer and adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and improve processes
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in implementation, technical solutions, or a related field
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems, SaaS Environments, Education or Corporate Training sectors, or Public Companies is an asset
- University degree or diploma in a relevant field is considered an asset
