We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites - High Level. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process room reservations, check-in, and check-out, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
