Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at National Hydronics Group. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently.
