Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Applewood Kitchen Concepts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including delegate work to office support staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
