Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at YAS CONSTRUCTIONS AND SERVICES LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
