Job Overview

About You

  • You have a strong work ethic and are willing to take on a variety of tasks to support the maintenance team.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with guests and coworkers.
  • You are physically fit and able to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair duties, including painting, grounds maintenance, and basic equipment repair.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer and his/her staff with project work as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and needs.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment by working collaboratively with other departments.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and climb stairs safely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
