Job Description

We are seeking an Equipment Operations Manager - Reliability and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our equipment fleet.

Main Responsibilities
  • Safety:
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures to minimize risks
  • Maintenance Programs:
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
  • Budget and Staff Management:
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize equipment maintenance and repair costs
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient use of time and resources
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a rail or industrial setting
  • Proven track record of reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
  • Education/Certification/Designation:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, business administration)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, Six Sigma)
Competencies:
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
Estimated Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
