We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Truck Technician/Mechanic II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet.
About the Job:This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to advance their career. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with engines, power trains, electrical systems, and more.
Salary:The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair engine, power train, electrical, HVAC, steering, and brake systems
- Perform mechanical reconditioning of equipment and identify parts required for repair
- Maintain work area appearance and safety
- Use hand tools and power tools to inspect and repair vehicles
- 2+ years of practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance
- Currently enrolled in an apprentice program or equivalent training
- Ability to lift up to 45kg regularly and perform physical tasks as needed
