About the Role:
The Global Technology team seeks a Senior Manager – Technology Transformation, Supply Chain to spearhead the adoption of transformative technologies. This role is pivotal in driving business initiatives that aim to establish McCain as the leading entity in the frozen foods sector.
The successful candidate will collaborate with global Supply Chain leaders to implement strategic objectives, demonstrating a passion for supply chain management, cutting-edge technology, and transformational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Delivery Leads in project execution.
- Work closely with Product Owners to translate the capability roadmap into actionable features.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure comprehensive solution design.
- Report directly to the Director of Global Supply Chain Technology.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in the consumer packaged goods sector.
- Experience with supply chain technology in an SAP ERP environment.
- Proficient in both traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Experience in a global organizational context.
- Demonstrated success in team management and mentorship.
