Senior Manager Technology Transformation Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Technology Transformation Supply Chain team. As a key member of our Global Technology organization, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our supply chain technology landscape, enabling business initiatives across the organization, and delivering simple and satisfying solutions that make the everyday lives of our team members easier.
About the RoleThis is a global role that requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning to execution, including Planning, Transportation, and Order Management/Fulfillment. You will partner with global Supply Chain business leaders to enable the realization of our strategy and be passionate about supply chain, next-gen technology, and the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Technology Transformation Supply Chain team to deliver transformative technologies that enable business initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with global Supply Chain business leaders to enable the realization of our strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap for the supply chain, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and drive process improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Leads in project delivery and work closely with Product Owners to extrapolate the capability roadmap into an executable set of features.
- Report to the Director, Global Supply Chain Technology.
- 10+ years of highly relevant experience in the CPG or adjacent industry, holding progressive roles.
- Requisite supply chain technology experience within an SAP ERP Environment.
- Experience working within a Global organization.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of people.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning to execution.
