Product Owner, Transportation

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Global Technology team in a key role that will drive business growth and enable business excellence in transportation. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Developers, and QA Engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Work closely with the Director, Global Supply Chain Technology to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage them to drive business growth and excellence
- 7+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in transportation and logistics
- Proven experience in product ownership, with a focus on defining and prioritizing product roadmaps
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop solutions that meet business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
- Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of cultural and business differences
